HR3501 - Humanity and Pets Partnered Through the Years (“HAPPY”) Act

At this point in time, the PA Federation of Dog Clubs is not supporting this Federal legislation.  We have concerns about a loss of property rights, and privacy concerns.  We continue to review the legislation and take input from our member organizations and legislative partners.  We may publish a more detailed review of the Bill after more research, if warranted.
